Legacy Club Happy Hour. The Strip

Perched on the 60th floor of Circa in downtown Vegas, Legacy Club is basically the adult version of all those rooftop bars trying way too hard on the Strip. It's got the views, the cocktails, and the "I'm definitely posting this" photo ops, but it's at Circa, which means the whole operation just feels more... competent.
