Rí Rá Irish Pub Happy Hour. The Strip

Rí Rá is the real deal tucked into the Shoppes at Mandalay Place, and it works two shifts a day. The afternoon happy hour goes 3 to 6, then a late round from 11 to midnight, with Guinness, well drinks, and house wine at six bucks plus a short list of nine dollar snacks like the short rib poutine and spinach artichoke dip. There is live music seven nights a week, often bands brought over from Ireland, and this summer they have had every big soccer match on the screens, so it gets loud in the best way. The kitchen leans traditional: fish and chips, shepherd's pie, Irish whiskey mussels if you want something less obvious.
